by Finally a long over due update!
Context:
PR2 is also known as gimping, which basically means purposefully reducing a character's total Attributable Stats Points in result of Lowering one's Total PR (Power rating). Which means in a battle with a 50 pr limit, one could fit 25 Persons with PR2, or 24 x PR2 with addition of 1 x PR5 as the last person.
Note to reader: PR2 Chars have a LIMIT of 100 Total Attributable Points!
Here are some Stats I have taken from Altering PR4 Stats Subtracting 20 points.
